Communications and scheduling:

Our email marketing software stores your email address and information about your interactions with our newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every newsletter. We will be able to see your historical activity unless you contact us at info@9elementscoaching.com and ask to be removed from the email marketing software entirely.

We maintain a list of contacts for our email and calendar/appointment booking services. Contact information may include your name, phone number, and/or email address. This information may be used for appointment scheduling. You may contact us at info@9elementscoaching.com and ask to be removed as a contact and have our email correspondence deleted. In the event we must retain emails for our records, we will tell you what emails we are keeping and why.

We prefer to use email to communicate with Clients and Visitors. We will also use secure internet messaging or text if clients/customers express an explicit preference via email and provide the contact information to communicate that way. Some personal information may be stored there. We will delete your personal information if we receive your request via email to info@9elementscoaching.com.

Business Operations:

Business operations are managed in workflow management software. Your name, email address, and phone number may be stored on electronic cards or folders in the software. You may contact us at info@9elementscoaching.com and ask to have your personal data removed.

We use a secure electronic file storage system. Folders and files are stored in this system to prevent unauthorized access. We use a strong password maintained in a secure password manager and multi-factor authentication. We may at times create shared folders with you in Google or Paperbell. You may delete your shared folder at any time. You may contact us at info@9elementscoaching.com and ask to have the client folder with your personal data and session information deleted from electronic locations and local devices. In the event we must retain certain content of the folder for our records, we will tell you what content we are keeping and why.

All websites, communications, and other online platforms used by the business, along with related hardware, software, and devices are password-protected by strong passwords stored in a cloud-based secure password manager and multi-factor authentication. All reasonable measures have been taken to protect and secure your personal information.

Unless otherwise notified by you via email to info@9elementscoaching .com requesting your data and all related information to be deleted, we keep your information indefinitely.
